Georgina started her career as a care assistant over 20 years ago and developed a passion for trying to get great outcomes for the people in her care. Georgina was inspired to become a nurse, having had the opportunity to work alongside some fantastic role models. After nursing, Georgina was then offered her first home manager role. In September 2017, Georgina started her role as Home Manager at Etive House and it has been the most rewarding and fulfilling experience. The residents, staff, and families here at Etive House continue to inspire her to work harder and do everything she can to ensure everyone who comes to Etive House experiences fantastic care.

Mhairi has loved seeing how the home has progressed over the years and being an integral part of it. She also enjoys working closely with the residents and the care team, spending time with them, and having the opportunity to take on new ideas and suggestions to make the home the best it can possibly be for its staff and residents. Mhairi also routinely works closely with our visiting health professionals, giving her close management and first-hand knowledge of the residents’ healthcare needs.
