Designed and built with love by boxChilli

Now that the warmer weather is finally here, our residents have been spending most of their time in our garden and enjoying the fresh air.

Etive House is very fortunate to have a landscaped garden where all of the residents can come together and socialise. The garden has been designed to have several areas so our residents can socialise with each other or their families, partake in some gardening which has been made accessible with our raised flower beds and welcome wildlife visitors.

Everyone within our home, residents and staff, love being in our garden especially now the warmer weather is here - All we can hear is lots of chatter and laughter.

Our garden offers a serene and natural environment, which can have a calming effect on residents, especially as we are blessed with fantastic views of rolling hills. It's evident that the garden provides a peaceful retreat where residents can relax and enjoy nature.

Our garden serves as a communal space, bringing residents together and encouraging social interaction. Residents can bond over gardening tasks, share their knowledge and experiences, or simply enjoy conversations while enjoying the sunshine.

Our Activity Coordinators work hard to make sure that our residents always have something to do that they are interested in. Providing this kind of engagement means our resident's mental and physical well-being can continuously be improved, meaning the risks of loneliness, low mood and physical deterioration are significantly reduced.

We are excited to involve our outdoor spaces in our activities programme and host some exciting events over the next couple of months.
